Any more information on what is going in at 225 Weybosset? That is such a critical building to PPAC Square and nothing meaningful has tried to go in there, which is unfortunate.

    Who is the landlord?

ASH NYC. They recently completed work on a building on Custom House Street and were part of the team that redeveloped The Dean Hotel.

ASH NYC acquired 225 Weybosset Street in early 2016. The property is located in the heart of Downtown Providence, on the city’s oldest thoroughfare which stands today as the central artery to Providence’s cultural and economic anchors. The site is comprised of two connected early twentieth-century buildings, which will be sensitively restored in a residential and commercial mixed-use project that is slated to reach completion in 2017.

Nice, hopefully the ground level is actual retail shops and boutiques, which we definately lack in downtown.

    Thanks Jeff
