2. Case No. 17-023MI – 1 Dorrance Plaza (Preliminary Plan) – The applicant is proposing to subdivide a lot measuring approximately 139,941 SF (3.2 acres) into two lots measuring 65,020 SF and 66,390 SF – for action (AP 20 Lot 264, Downtown)
